[If the witness lied,] then you, 😇, [can] do to him whatever damage he schemed to do his brother [human].
That's how you eradicate evil from your [community].

Note: This verse doesn't demand that disciples of Christ participate in violent retribution.
The verse allows avengers to punish false witnesses, if the avenger so chooses, which, human nature being what it is, the avenger probably will.
